Recently had my wedding dress preserved and husband suit dry cleaned. The cleaning service was great. All stains came out of the dress and looks brand new. However poor customer service. I was told full process for cleaning and preserving the dress would take 6-8 weeks. Dress inspected 1st week in feb. boxing would take 1 -2 weeks. Didn't receive a phone and had to follow up. Called end of feb they couldn't find dress. Didn't seem concerned even tho my husband suit was still there. I was told they found a dress in box with no tag. End result it was my dress but inventory check no concern and no follow up. They seem to not care. If I could give no stars I would in service. Quality was good.

The place is clean, the lady owner is always so friendly and smiling. The prices are reasonable and service is efficient. And the best thing is they open 7 days unlike most other dry cleaners.
