Was sick of my old hairdressers. I stayed loyal to them since 2007 and have spent thousands there until now. Disgruntled because of their rudeness and over pricing I started calling places in my local area. And this place drew me in straight away. Rosemary who is the owner was so lovely and warm on the phone. Let me start by saying I have dark skin and difficult hair to manage for most people who have done basic training the thought of blow waving my hair makes them shake in their boots. I was given the most incredible blow wave, it lasted a week and half, I was given a complimentary treatment and a clean up trim, and even sent away with a little show bag full of products and information. This place has great service, talented dressers and the owner who is 100% hands on, is a beautiful warm Italian lady, Rosemary so there's a lot of ladies coming in speaking Italian which just adds to the atmosphere. She teaches hair and beauty at TAFE so that's got to say something right?? Rosemary herself does everything from waxing to waving, laser hair removal, piercing, shellac nails and great hair colours and her prices are ridiculously good for what you get. My first visit with all those extras cost only $50 and my hair is half way down my back, and super super curly. The next time I came in, I was given another complimentary amazing hair heat treatment AND a basic manicure while I was waiting for another customer to be finished. I find it hard to find good places because I'm so fussy, but I think I've found my new hairdresser. Highly recommended 10/10!!!

Very warm & welcoming, great energy between the staff/owners, very good consultation with what to do & getting to know different options (colouring, cut, etc ), i have been a customer here for years & would never think of changing to any other salon :)

Rosemary and the staff have been looking after me for the last 7 years. I don't trust anyone else with my hair, especially with re-growth and foils, they are the best at what they do! They offer so many other beauty services as well so it's like a one stop beauty shop. I also love how easy it is to arrange appointments with the salon, which I tend to do via the salon's SMS. Too easy! The salon keeps up to date with new innovations in both beauty and hair. Given that Rosemary is also a respected teacher of new talent in the industry, I know that anything new that's proven will be introduced to the salon. I now have my hair colour done with 100% organic products (Keune). Don't hesitate to try the salon, you won't regret it.

From just a cut and blow wave to Formal hair styles. Rosemary at Masino Hair & Beauty does beautiful hair styles and make up for you for such a good price. You would look more than 100000 bucks when you get out of the salon.

My eyeliner & eyebrows after the cosmetic tattoo looks fabulous and its given me confidence in my look.
