Maru is one those Korean restaurants that deliver wonderful authentic Korean food. It is particularly good for quick meals with rice, but serves a complete range of Korean meals.

We love coming here for the pancakes they are just Devine!! Haven't eaten much else of the menu but it all looks fantastic!!

I eat here every so often. The food is nice, and tasty. The service needs improving, though. The last few times I have went there, there has been little to no communication with the waitress, other than to take my order. They need to be out, and asking people how their food is, how their day is, etc. I think that is good customer service, hot hiding away behind the front counter. If they improved on their service, the place would be a 5 star restaurant.

so far i think maru has the best hotpot around brisbane. their korean pancake is not too bad either. the bbq was good as well!! i would definitely go back for their hotpot and bbq

A group of us went there on a sunday night. At first the waiter tried to pressure us into getting the buffet but we decided to order individually. The spicy pork I had was good but not as nice as the one my Korean friend cooked. My friend had a type of beef soup. It was fairly sweet and the sweet potatl noodles was nice addition. Other friends ordered fried pork which was delicious - highly recommended.

Resonable price and okay food. As a Korean I wouldn't say their food is authentic but they still taste good. For some reason it looks like the owner's changing quite often and so is the menu.

This is the first Korean restaurant I've ever tried. It was very tasty and price was reasonable. Usually it is hard to find an empty table. Recently, the food is not so good as I remember.

Nice looking restaurant. However, the manger or the owner has been changed often. And every time i visit there, the taste is always changed. So i don't go there anymore.

Nice place if you are after Korean food. Always full of customers, which is an indication of the great food. Very affordable prices and friendly service.
