Was arranged by the real estate to fix two faults with our stove top and oven. (Fix a broken fuse light and replace oven seals)

Took him weeks to arrive, he replaced the oven seal with a cheap one which broke the first time we used it and refused to fix the stove light as he said there was no point. I had to complain about the service to get him to come back and put another oven seal in. The second time he came promptly and the seal worked fine and didnt break but I would use this guy buy choice.

Excuse me, it took weeks for the real estate company to follow through on your claim, and I called you to make an appointment the same day, when the job was received.

There was no point, changing the light globe, as the oven window was totally filthy and dirty, and the light globe has no value what’s so ever.

Clean your oven.

As for the door seal, supplier was happy to replace as a defective batch was admitted by the manufacturer.

Was not asked to fix Oven Light, was asked to fixed the Light on the Stove. These comments on the cleanliness of said Oven serve only to demonstrate why not to use service again.
