absolutely worst clinic ever… Dr Yolanda was terrible and told me she can’t refer me to a gyno because I’m 22…. What the?! Do not recommend!

They ask to phone to change appointments shame no one answers phone. 3 days in a row disconnected after more than 30 minutes 1st time 46 2nd time and the best 1hour and 12 minutes. Hopefully they phone and ask why I wasn’t there or even better send a bill.

Horrible place. Went in, waited 50 minutes. The doctor told me I only had a minor bug and I should rest it off. Turns out I had a cytomegalovirus which kept me sick for over a month. The disinterest on his behalf also annoyed me.

They are generally quite good here, and have now gone back to bulk billing. Like another reviewer on this site, I also won't see the lady doctor who works here (Dr. Singh)...she is very rude, very confrontational, judgemental and dismissive. However the male doctors are very good.

They are good doctors in this practiceand they have Physiotherapy and Pscyology and other speciallist all in one place so you donot have to run around they also have inhouse nurse and patholgy it is very handy and the staff are curteous

The only really positive thing I have to say about this medical centre is that they don't have a long wait time anymore. Of course, that's only because they charge to see doctors now! Bulk billing is only for those with health care cards.
Some of the doctors are good but it's really hit and miss. There are two that I really like, but one of them I won't see anymore as I find her dismissive of my concerns and at times patronising.
The front desk staff are nice enough, and the treatment rooms are ok. I don't like the toilets though. You have to leave the office and enter a code in the door to get in - once inside it's dingy and lit with blue lights. Some of the doors don't work and it's far from clean. Just yuck. If you have to give a urine sample you actually have to go out to the gross toilets and carry the sample through the waiting room back to the treatment room!

I travel 2 hours EACH WAY to see these doctors.

The reception staff are wonderful. Nothing beats the Treatment Room nurses.

The doctors are absolutely incredible. Nothing is too hard for them and the diagnostic abilities they have are absolutely fantastic.

I cannot rate this centre high enough.

VERY impressed and I will always continue to visit this centre.
