I ordered a trailer load of mulch delivered from these people and left strict instructions for the driver to leave it at the bottom of my driveway in the alcove to the right because I didn’t want my driveway blocked. I was a bit concerned that the guy I spoke to didn’t seem to be listening to what I was saying. Sure enough when it was delivered they left it at the very top of my drive blocking access.

I rang to complain and was spoken to by some woman who refused to take any responsibility for the businesses’ error and had a disrespectful attitude. I am a disability pensioner with arthritis in my hands and I can’t shovel heavy things so this load was blocking my driveway for a week before I could get my son-in-law to help me by moving it and in that time I had to park my car on the street. Avoid these people – as soon as you pay them your money they don’t care.

I bought quite a bit of the jeffries organic bagged compost from here the guy who served us was really great and helpfull and even carried the bags to the car for me which was great. They offer great prices and are a local business. Always served with a smile and welcomed warmly.

They provided us with our paving materials for our new home. They were able to give us great advice on the products that were available and provided a good value price. Delivery was prompt and we were overall very happy that we chose a local, small business to purchase from.
