One thing I wasn't happy with was the service because only one person were there to serve and do the job I was keep waiting in the middle of my treatment which was very unprofessional .....but the quality was good I would go back definitely

THIS SALON PERMANENTLY RUINED MY HAIR. I purchased a $99 Cudo voucher for a keratin treatment. I arrived at the salon and [redacted personal identifier] told me that I would be charged an extra $29 because my hair was thick, my hair is extra curly not thick. The lady applying the treatment was inexperienced and even told me that she would be leaving the treatment on for three days for me to wash out. I told her that is not how the treatment works and she needs to rinse it out, she had to go out the back and check with [redacted personal identifier] what to do, she did end up rinsing it out. After my first wash it was clear that it was not done correctly, my hair was very dry and half curly half straight. After my next shower my hair started to snap off. Now one week after treatment my hair is continuing to break, I have lost around 1/4 of my hair and I am left with very thin hair that has short spiky bits sticking up. I am going to have to get it cut short which I am devastated about. I have never written a review before but feel I need to share my experience. I am beyond disappointed

i recently went to mantra hair and beauty for a full make over, i had a flight to sri lanka next day, i got a facial done which i have never had such beautifully done, i got my hair color as well as my husbands hair cut which was great, along with threading and waxing which was done perfectly,and i heard you do laser treatment! ill call you i need to try this :) thanks for the good service, everyone said i look different, thanks again hope to see you when i come back from sri lanka.

i went to mantra the day before new year to get myself refreshed for the up coming year, i got my facial done, threading and waxing.the facial went great, it felt refreshing and it gave my face a glow, i got my threading done perfectly the way i wanted it to look like and waxing also went great. i look forward to going there now as a regular customer. happy new year poonam, and thanks for the fantastic service you gave me. xox suzan

This salon is beautifully decorated. It has all the needs you want. I wanted to get my self ready for a party so decided to go to MANTRA HAIR AND BEAUTY after my makeup , hair and nails were done I looked soo beautifeul that every one asked me were I got it done from!!
