M&M were friendly and polite but sadly the cleaning left me very disappointed and did not reach the level expected or promised for the cost. The overall clean was not thorough enough and kitchen cupboards and bench tops were left streaky with a sticky residue remaining on many of the surfaces. My requirements for the kitchen were very clear at the time of our walkthrough - I advised I didn’t need my oven cleaned however the stovetop and splashback were not cleaned or wiped. Most concerning to me was that power was turned off in an area of my home which houses security camera recording equipment and a chest freezer. I can surmise as to the motivation behind this and am angered by the thoughtlessness in what could have resulted in a large cost in ruined food if left unnoticed.
