The worst pizza I ever had and very rude customer service

Lovely day yesterday so a walk along Jetty Road Glenelg was in order. Came to Mamma Carmela's and decided a drink was in order. Sat outside, enjoyed coffees and watch passing parade for awhile before heading back to the car. Always enjoy here.

This place is an institution and it's been here for donkey's years.
Coffee is good as is their range of foods.
There are ample dessert choices too for those with the sweet tooth

Such a lovely spring day after our miserable winter in SA. Went for a walk along the foreshore and found that this cafe/restaurant served gelati. Had two scoops in a cup and sat outside which was very pleasant as it was a weekday afternoon and not very busy. Average service and expensive for what we had but we enjoyed it anyway. (5.80 for two scoops) may be out of touch with prices also

I used to live near Mama Carmella's and learnt to only order take away! Their pizza is delicious, the crust just perfect, with great ingredients like pine nuts and pumpkin and prosciutto. Really good gourmet!

Don't eat in, it's loud and crappy. But if you order a takeaway pizza and eat it in front of the heater, with your favourite movie on, then you'll be glad you did!

I went here last two week with friends and we like the place. The price of the pizza is a little bit expensive for me but the vegetarian gourmet one taste good. They provides lots of choices of pizza in their menu and they also have cakes. I tried the blackberry cheesecake last time and I like it.

Service is very poor, staff lac experience on how to treat a customer. There was a long wait for our food with no apology. The staff that work here really need to get their act together & the food prices are just not worth it, very expensive with small serves. I would try somewhere else next time for sure.

Great little pizza cafee located on jetty rd Glenelg. Staff are friendly and great service. Parking its a bit hard at times but worth the effort to try a great pizza. The price its a bit expensive but you are paying for the view and location.

Terrible service, pizza maker is a rude person & the staff need to learn about customer service. Pizza was very average & expensive, pity as location is great.

It is a little pricey but that is quite normal in the area. Food is always nice and you don't normally have to wait too long. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is good.
