As far as mechanics go these guys know Subaru. The service desk is managed by Jennifer who is amazingly friendly and has excellent customer service orientation. Jen will make your service booking a breeze and in many cases can quote you prices for proposed work over the phone and her prices have been spot on. Pete is the head mechanic and oversees the workshop operation and there's not a lot about Subaru's he doesn't know. Then there's Lucas who runs the spare parts division and occasionally you will see him in the workshop or front desk engaging both staff and customers. Lucas dabbled in motorsport (racing a Subaru, of course) and now operates the business with a simple philosophy. 'Treat customers like you want to be treated and they should keep coming back.' I have a gen 3 Liberty that I purchased as a 'work horse' vehicle in Feb 2016 and it now only goes to Lucas Automotive because they are no nonsense, well informed professionals who treat their customers like family. Highly recommended if you want your vehicle well done.

Lucas Automotive is excellent. He is honest and very professional. I mistakenly bought a Subaru that needed a lot doing to it. After taking it to two seperate places I settled on Lucas automotive to complete the work and i was very pleased with the work and the communication.
