Consistently over many years this shop produces great food quickly and for a good price. The desserts are an added bonus and the greek salad is a great side order. Many fish and chip shops on the bayside but this one is our family favourite.

GREAT fish & chips! Calamari is always so tasty and fresh. Great serving size for the price too. Can't comment on burgers as we haven't tried them, but service and friendly and quick. Definitely recommend highly

It it a nice little place to go, place always looks clean and the service is always enjoyable. Chicken burgers are the main thing we get when we go there.

On first appearances, the little Lota Takeaway shop looked quite good - a pretty classic, old style menu with all manner of deep fried goodness, along with some healthy options liked grilled fish that you'd expect these days. The price appeared pretty reasonable and the staff were very friendly. Sadly, the chips were the best part of the meal, but they weren't anything special. There was excessive oil on the fish and the seafood sticks, and the grilled fish looked more like fish jerky - being fairly dried out and quite small. This place could improve so much with just a little more quality in the food.

I live down the road from this takeaway place and am absolutely addicted! I phone up to place my order and it is ready withing 5 minutes. The chips are BEAUTIFUL and burgers are big and yummy!
