IT IS A welcoming and friendly experience. the atmosphere in the shop is pleasant as you walk in. the staff is pleasant and they don't ignore you and are ready to offer their assistance. they were helpful with the sizes especially when trying the costumes . they would suggest different colour. if they do not have what you are looking for in the shop they offer to ring at another store to check if thy have the size or colour

I have always wanted to buy something from Lorna Jane but just can't justify paying the prices for their merchandise in something I am just going to be getting sweaty and smelly in anyways. I realise the clothing they make is good quality, but you can still be very comfortable and look nice in something that costs half as much. Friendliness of staff is average.

Lorna Jane has the best activewear. It's high quality, durable and long lasting. Even though you pay the price initially, the clothing really lasts and it looks and feels great. The inspirational singlets are the highlight of the store

I love everything that this store sells, in terms of workout gear. In particular it is the only place I have found Skechers brand shoes anywhere. Customer service is great, if you they don't have your size it they will order it in for you.
