They provided free quote but failed to deliver the service when booked to do so. They tested the old cooktop and suggested a full replacement rather than a repair due to similar cost. Even managed to provide written quote with price for replacement cooktop. Booked ourselves in to get it done and didn't show. When we called to find out what happened, said the cooktop wasn't in stock. Would have been nice to get a courtesy call saying it wouldn't be done when we booked it in.
