The service and staff were first class, the rental cost was much lower than mainstream companies, when we picked up the Kia Rio it was clean and ready to go, paperwork was already completed and the receptionist was friendly and helpful, we will certainly be back and can recommend the company.

If you're on a budget and not expecting a new car, then go with these guys. You won't be dissapointed...quite the opposite.

Having compared prices across the web, we chose Lo Cost because of the unbelievable low rates. We were expecting a "rent a wreck" type of operation. what we experienced however was the most amazing service from what has to be the most personal office in Hobart (or anywhere else) Staff were great, car was exceptional, a 4 year old Toyota Yaris was ideal for us. There was a charge to return the car to the Airport when we flew out, but cheaper than a cab and convenient. I'll use Lo Cost again. Good work guys!
