Extremely poor customer service from the rental property management. I left 4 mesaages for a particular person to contact me back in regards to expressing a my keen interest in a particular rental that they had advertised on the internet, they never once returned my phone calls. They listed a viewing time and date on the Internet which I took time off work to go and view, however when arriving there was turned away as the agent dis not habe the house keys. Was informed by the agent that there was another viewing time scheduled and this was also advertised on the Internet. I phoned on the day of the viewing to confirm it was still happen to which the receptionist confirmed. Took more time off work to view it only to be left waiting around for 30minutes with 3 other couples as the agent did not show up. Called the office to find out what was going on, only to be told that the rental property had already been leased 1 day ago. I eventually spoke to someone who is apparently in charge of the baldivis rentals and expressed my disappointment, only to be told that she "found it very hard to believe that happened" and that I should of called on the day to confirm the viewing was still going ahead. I explained that I had indeed done that to which she replied again that she didnt believe that to be true. So not only did they not return any of my 4 phone calls over a 1 week period, they nwasted my time twice by not conducting the viewings that they listed, they also pretty much called me a liar when I addressed these issues with them. So needless to say I had an absolute terrible experience with the Baldivis rental team and would never deal with them again, nor would I recommend them. I habe sold 2 properties and bought 1 property through LJ Hooker in different areas and had no issues but after the experience I had woth the Baldivis rental team and the disgusting way in which I was treated by these so called professionals, it has left a bad taste in my mouth and has turned me off LJ Hooker in regards to any future property sales/purchases/rentals.

Very nice people to deal with from the manager to the agent. All were very well informed of available property. Printed lists on hand. Quick contacts and easy to get on with. Worth a visit or phone call.
