This purely grass fed beef has amazing flavour. Forget about supermarket 'grain finished' beef (read 'put in feedlot for fast fattening'). These guys prove that independent producers can produce fantastic quality product and treat their animals well at the same time.
The taste is indeed out of this world- and a far cry from Coles' plastic meat. Worth the extra expense. Packaging means it can last for camping trips, etc as well.
Tried buying from the shop first to check the quality of beef and after being stunned by the quality decided to buy 30kg pack online. I Could choose what thickness of meat, what cuts i wanted and was all delivered to my home labelled and ackaged. The beef is absolutely sensational at a reasonable price for the restaurant quality that you receive. Rave reviews of the service, quality and delivery. Recommend this to everyone. Don't be put off by the crappy derilect group of shops it is in because it is well worth the trip to Coldstream.

I have used this company 2 or 3 times now. I usually go halves with friends and get a side of beef and a lamb. Meat is lovely and Craig is very helpful. All the meat is packaged how you want and labeled. Highly recommend.

This is a boutique meat company that operates out of a shop front in Coldstream, but also has a stall at many farmers markets in the east of Melbourne. They sell fabulous steaks, different flavoured sausages, as well as a range of other beef products. Most of the meat is vacuum packed, so has a long fridge life.
