This gym is brilliant. I love the idea of a family owned business, and the staff and other members make going to the gym enjoyable. Although it's not all new, the equipment works and is well maintained. Definitely recommended.

Although old and a bit worn the equipment is easy to use and the staff are so friendly and remember my name. This would have to be one of the most friendly gyms I have visited in the last few years and offers great classes.

Very basic gym with all the right gear ...though a little old. Now starting to see too many roided up youngsters . Have not spent any $$ on the place in years! recommended

Great atmosphere! friendly staff, the customer service is top notch. I find the group fitness classes to be really good and I found the options for low and higher impact great useful as i have only just started my fitness regime and still have room to move!

I love this place. I have been to so many gyms and this one is a standout for me. The staff are so friendly. It's the only gym I have been to where they call me by my name and smile. I'm not just another number. FINALLY!!!

Have been attending this gym for years and since the renovations were completed by new owners it has really lifted the whole experience...clean premises, fantastic group fitness timetable, excellent range of equipment and staff always smiling and helpful...Pauli the co-ordinator of classes is one in a million...so dedicated to his work and it motivates everyone there to strive for more.
