We were without a bathroom for 4.5 months on a job that was meant to take 2. Even then we still had leaks and had to go to Fair Trading to have them fixed.
As for the carpentry work, the doors were scratched and damaged, and that one made it all the way to the tribunal to be sorted.
When I asked for a check list of things that we needed to do I was told to “not tell them how to run their business”.
Dig a bit deeper and have a look at the reviews that are posted on-line, but not shared by them. I wish I had done my homework better, and I may have avoided 18 months of stress.
If you do use them, report every mistake to them immediately in writing, and get a professional report at the end. And don’t go with any verbal promises because when things went bad they quoted the contract literally. Initially they were “oh, that’s just our standard clauses and we forgot to adjust them

for proof that the renovation was completed
on time as per contract agreement
we found this customer could not be trusted
he expected extra works to be completed
without paying for the extra works
which were clearly not in the contract agreement .he accused contractors
without having any proof of his accusations
the tribunal asked him if he had any
proof and he said no he didnt have any ??
please note he still hasnt paid the electrical
contractor for extra works he requested
him to complete for him
which in our opinion is clearly dishonest
he does not abide by the terms
and conditions of the contract agreement
and we have been informed by another company that they have refused to have b
business dealings with him .and want nothing to do with him
our company has been in
the building industry for many years
and always look after our customers and
always abide by the contract agreement .we have numerous positive testimonials
from our customers and we are more than happy for anyone to contact us and
we will put you in contact with our customers for positive testimonials

Just don't use them.
They over promise and then are slow to deliver. The quality was poor and i had to push to get things fixed. We are now dealing with fair trading.
The amount of stress this reno has caused has made this year a disaster.
Just don't.
