Booked in a large group of people for the high tea. The food was delicious; however the service was pretty average. It seemed to be young teenaged girls on their first waitressing job who didn't look after us very well. Made the mistake of assuming their would be vegetarian options included with the high tea, and the chef was rude when I mentioned it. Fair enough it was my mistake, but the service just wasn't polished or polite like you would expect it to be in an 'award winning restaurant'.
