She was very professional, fast and understandable. I have given my order on the last minute to bake a birthday cake for my husband. She did an excellent job, gave me exactly what I wanted, the cake was so moist and delicious, my husband is last person who will ever eat cakes, till now he is loving every piece of it. This woman made our wedding cake and it was FANTASTIC! We had a huge 4 tier cake with four fantastic flavours and it was done for a fraction of the price of those companies in the wedding mags. We showed her a cake we liked in a magazine and she called them up and asked them how much it was. They wanted about $800 for a two tier chocolate cake with the the bottom tier (the largest) being 12". She made us a four tier cake with each tier a different flavour (because all her flavours were so yummy we couldn't pick just one) and the bottom tier was 18" (the smallest one at the top was 12") all for only $550!! And it was sooo yummy and beautiful. I would gladly recommend this woman to everyone, she's the best.
