Mélanie is a very relaxing person and is very professional. All the staff is so welcoming. My family and myself are very happy to go there.

The haircut was good. (Trim with some long layers). Half head of foils wasn't great. Wanted a natural look matching my hair colour. Was made too blonde and yellow and now I feel it is an obvious dye job rather than the natural look I have had elsewhere. Feels stripey with the colour they put in and had a rather new hairdresser do this. I wasn't aware of their lack of experience when I booked and never use inexperienced people on my hair. Was then charged extra for the foils and told I had more regrowth so had to charge me more. Turned in to a rather expensive exercise that I wasn't impressed with. I won't go back. Chair had hair on it from previous client and floor was also dirty.

Had my first haircut and colour by Danni and I'm so very pleased with the result! Thanks so much for your advice and suggestions. Your care and attention to getting the colour just right was greatly appreciated. This was a much needed boost to my self-esteem. I will definitely be back.

Fabulous! Charlotte is passionate,knowledgeable and so time efficient. I easily if there, hair done, cut and blow dried in a hour and 15 mins!!
