A great place to go to unwind. Have been to Le Beau on a number of occasions over the years (gift vouchers etc) and always felt great. Had my first wax there and Louise was fantastic!! Very professional and made me feel thoroughly relaxed. Decided to go and have permanent lashes done for the first time. Unfortunately they haven't worked out. Lost most of them overnight on one eye, which meant I had to remove them from the other eye to balance my look. Louise applied them beautifully and they looked fantastic when I left. A bit disappointed as they were pricey to have applied.

A birthday gift. Had a package which included facial, back massage and pedicure. I was looked after very well - a lot of personal touches and attention to detail. The facial and back massage were amazing. Pedicure was really nothing special. Quite pricey!

I had a package that I had chosen, after much deliberation, from their brochure. I had an oil treatment added on, in which I was disappointed as the oil was cold which was unpleasant. The staff were polite and efficient, but it seemed to hasten the experience rather than make it feel completely relaxing. The yoghurt snack was yummy. The services I received also differed from what was printed on the brochure, which I pointed out to the staff at the counter. I was disappointed as I had chosen that specific package over others precisely because of what had appeared to be omitted. I found their handling of this oversight to be unsatisfactory: there was neither apology nor an effort to make amends.

I go to Le Beau regularly and have always been treated very well. They are a bit pricey but their service is excellent. I get waxing done all the time they are very thorough and always a great job. Facials & massages are good too, and services over a certain price include time in the relaxation area with a small snack & cuppa.
