Had a bad experience with this place. I got the reminder from my phone few days ago saying my clothes ready for pick up. I went there this morning and ask the lady to pick up my clothes. I said I didn’t have the receipt with me but I have the docket number that you have sent it to my phone. She yelled at me that she need to see the proof of purchase and can’t give my clothes if I don’t have the docket. I was shocked with her terrible manners and trying to remain calm but she was still raise her voice. I told her that she could check my details and to match her details in the system. She refused! I said well not everyone carry docket this day, you just wanted to argued with me. I still need to pick up my clothes today. She asked my signature and I said all that can be solved with a signature or checking my drivers license but you like to pick a fight with the customer. Bad service and such a bad place to send your clothes. Overall not worth my time and money.

Dryclean for suit jacket and pants. Service was lacking at the counter and my impression was that the woman was quite rude.

Suit pants came back with a hole in it (burnt?). Quite terrible and never understood how that could have happened. However, I only found this out quite a while later after I had come back from holidays (my own fault that I didn't check earlier).
