terrible customer service. i purchased a GDH hair straightener, only to realise that night that my old hair straightener worked. i asked the very next day for a refund as it was still brand new, in box and i only purchased it the previous afternoon but they would not give me a refund which put me out of pocket by $279. They wouldnt even offer an exchange.
