I had a complete format and reinstallation of windows on my laptop. The service was fantasic but the price was expensive and I lost some of my work that I had forgotten to back up. I'm fairly satisfied with them but would look to having it done elsewhere next time (or do it myself and save a few dollars)

My computer got a virus. I took the machine in and they called later that day with a diagnosis and quote for repair. They continued to call with updates and the machine was fixed 2 days later. They have flexible hours as they are an internet cafe too.
