Stopped in here after visiting friends in the area,I thought the flake was very nice and fresh and the chips were good value,the staff were very friendly and very quick

Great food every time. Love that they still sell barracuda & have great prices. Store is always pretty clean & always busy between thursday & sunday. Staff are always helpful & remember their customers. Plenty of room to sit & wait for your meal & plenty of parking all around. Plenty of treats on the menu & close to other stores to please the whole family.

Delicious food every time. And great pricing too. Friendly staff is always great. Fast timely service. And delicious. Great serving sizes too and never stingy.

I can certainly confirm the previous reviewer's opinion of the staff in here - they are really great. You get this sort of friendliness from a 'country' shop most of the time. They go out of their way to help. My husband cannot (or isn't supposed to) eat fried foods and often we zoom in here on our way home and they want to close up. But it's never too much trouble to fire up the grill plate again and make him a grilled flake with no batter.

It's always cooked nicely and the size is good, unlike sometimes where the batter has been hiding the actual size of the fish. The rest of us enjoy the chips and dim sims etc that he can't.

This fish shop is one of the best i've ever bought from. the food is reasonably priced and it'sll very nice and never "greasy". Staff are friendly and helpful.
