We bought pavers from these guys a while back. Unfortunately quite a few of the pavers they sent us were either broken or were cracked. They were fabulous to replace a whole batch of them for us. They gave us more than what we needed.

My wife and i are building a new house for the first time in cheltenham. we went to komplete paving to purchace some paving. It will be the first and last time i visit that store for the simple reason... there customer service is disgusting we were served by 3 staff members that after realising we were only after a small qty
of paving they did not want to know us. we are on a tite budget at present as you would know building a house ain't cheap!! the had a large range on display but hardly no stock. after leaving we heard a add on the radio for paveworld and found out they had a store close by in mordialloc. it was the best thing we ever did. once arriving at paveworld we were overwhelmed by by there displays that virtually sell themselves. there range of products is amazing not only do they sell
pavers but its almost a one stop shop for your garden and inside your house too!
wall cladding, water features & natural stone for inside & out! the customer service was awesome and to top it off we left with more than we were looking for
at the right price.... huge range of seconds! Paveworld a must, komplete Never again. lol

Received a quote for work - actually quote was not delivered - had to hound them over never returned calls etc - customer service was terrrible . If we did not keep on their backs they would have been happy to let us walk away unhappy.
