Had a pond pump that failed. After 3 months of sending emails and phone calls I have not received a cent.

Buyers beware! Tried but a couch and the company they use are pathetic and it is honestly not worth the hassle! Both companies so far are useless! The more people that know this the better! What a waste of my time and efforts! Wouldn’t even give 1 star if it was possible!

I bought this sofa bed online and chose to collect myself.
Once assembled I noted the zipper / slider was broken.
On informing them of damage they asked me to get it fixed myself for partial refund,
which I did not accept.
Later they told me that I have to send sofabed to their warehouse to get it replaced or get refund.
In Australia cost of carrying this 30KG, 2 mtr X 1.5 mtr X 1 mtr item will cost me atleast $ 200.
This is good but Dirty trick to avoid issues faced due to lack of quality control
Now they dont even followup or get in touch.
I will not deal with them again

I’ve never had such a bad experience with any company nor customer service department like this one... called kmate... they are not your mates, that’s for sure! Please be very careful... I feel sorry for ppl that have ordered from this company before reading all the reviews on this website. Sadly, I’ve done it myself... and now, I have to deal with bunch of (hmm ^^ sooo angry) dishonest people... kmate has treated me unfairly, they’ve lied, manipulated me and toll (delivery company). Luckily, not paid in full and hopefully Ozsale will be able to help and adjust any money owning! I would not recommend this company to anyone! They even told me; I’m not their customer and hung up on me! They would rather concentrate on my language then on my missing order. It seems like kmates customer service is trained to lie, manipulate and argue with their customers rather then serve and help them. Very bad experience! Not happy at all!!!

I purchased an Elliptical cross-trainer from Klika which had a faulty front wheel. Their warranty and customer service team did not respond to any emails or telephone calls during the 2.5 months I tried to get a replacement. I took it back for repairs once, but when I brought it home, the wheel was still broken, and the product itself was scratched and damaged. Today, I finally I gave up, returned the product and requested a refund. I will not be using Klika again.

They sent me the wrong item. They hassled me over returning it and refused to pay the return postage. When i checked..They have had 16 negative reviews on ebay for misleading item descriptions and problems with items sold just in the last 4 weeks. i had to forward this to eBay Trust and Safety Team as they violated eBay's policy. i am also considering complaining to the Australian consumer affairs!

I purchased a trampoline from these guys for Christmas to find on Christmas Eve, when I went to put it together, they had sent 2 ladders and 2 safety nets and no trampoline. Disappointing for Christmas Day.
They were then unapologetic and I was told to drive to Oakley to fix their mistake or book in to get a courier to pick up the extra net then once they receive this they will send the trampoline? The reason people use these type of Internet companies is for convenience - this company is anything but!!!

I found Klika were a pleasure to deal with. I can't testify for their delivery because I picked up but I found everything about them to be great. Easy to navigate website, easy to purchase and they even stay in touch with little IM's regarding your order. The women at the main counter were friendly and the product was exactly as ordered. Happy customer :)
