I absolutely love kmart, i go there for all my shopping needs wether its clothes, makeup, household items you name it im there, loving the customer service by albert (foor man) and Meg (service)

Not happy with some men's clothing choices. No men's jumpers out because we're coming into summer, But we do have cold days throughout. Not impressed at all

I love shopping at kmart my kids love there nappies the only brand they wear and love how cheap kids clothing is i buy all my kids clothes from here staff are excellent

My partner and i were about to go on holidays and our car wouldn't start...the battery was flat...we call roadside assistance and they came and started the car for us...we then purchased a battery from Kmart just in case the battery wouldn't hold charge...we kept the battery in the boot...our old battery seemed to being holding charge so we took the new battery back to Kmart for a refund...when we got to the refunds counter, the lady behind the desk ummed and ahhhed about whether or not we had use the battery and looked for signs of wear and tear...usually new batteries come with plastic caps over the terminals but my partner purchased the new battery with one missing plastic cap and we were accused of using the battery...i was very disappointed in the way we were treated and although i will go to Kmart to shop again, i will be reminding them that i will not be treated poorly again and as a customer i deserve to be treated with respect...as a result of poor customer service we shop in Werribee and Caroline Springs more often now to avoid poor customer service...lift your game Kmart...catch the real crocks not the innocent people...maybe the battery manufactures should put a device on the battery so that when this device is removed then this forfeits a refund...end of problem

Must say, we love the doorman (Albert?). Always cheerful, polite, friendly and my kids LOVE him :)
Night staff are really nice too, they don't follow you around like the Campbellfield Kmart, just because the store is quiet.
Definately one of the best Kmart stores I have visited and although their reduced prices on clothing aren't as low as Airport West, their servive makes up for it.

Disappointed with the amount of times I've gone to this Kmart to get something and have walked out empty handed. I then have to go to Big W at Watergardens to get what I am after. Today I went in to get a plastic storage container- shouldn't be a problem I think. Think again- no plastic storage containers on the shelf, heaps of lids but absolutely no containers. Luckily I'm off to Watergardens tomorrow so I will pick one up there.

great greeter at the main doors. fast speedy service. store kept nice and tidy. employers were very welcoming

Great quality in all ranges of lifestyle products. You cannot go wrong with the items available. I like the kids clothing range as they are much more value of money than other shops around. You don't want to spend much on kids clothing as they grow out of it quickly.

I love this K-Mart mainly for Albert the door-man he is so friendly, The rest of the staff are really friendly and are always willing to help you. They always have sales on as well which is great
