Friendly and helpful staff. Around Christmas, when the store was very busy, one of the staff was so helpful trying to locate an item, he even rang other stores. I will go back to this store.

i think you pay for what you get. some of the clothes are rather expensive yet when washed and worn they pull out of shape or shrink. sometimes value doesnt come with the price you pay.

I visited Kmart last week, the customer service was great, the staff were friendly, polite and were happy to help me out. The have a wide range of clothing at reasonable prices. I went in there to buy a shirt. When i got to the check out the person that served me was very polite, happy and smiling, i was very impressed and this meant that i had a very positive visit, which will only help the business, i would definitely shop there again.

Good place to buy cheap shoes. Always have good deals on good place to also buy CD's and DVD's. Quality has decreased recently though, quantity over quality.. ALOT of people greated me when i was walking around the store

Was greeted by a very friendly lady at the door who offered her help when i walked in. When I couldn't find what I was looking for, the floor workers were more than happy to help. It is a very large store that stocks almost all items I was after. For those that I couldn't find, I was told where the nearest store was to get them. Good experience overall.
