This is the second time I have used kitchen shack Kilsyth. My recent experience has been absolutely terrible. The kitchen installer recommended was unreliable, pieces to the kitchen were missing and had to be ordered. One panel is a different colour and has a chip. It has taken me days to remove the plastic covering on the doors and having to remove all the handles as plastic gets stuck under them. I supplied details of all kitchen appliances and still the height of the cupboard over the gas top was wrong. Instead of lifting the cabinets, the bench was lowered, i guess that was an easy fix but really not acceptable. The gas line was damaged and gas was leaking after the bench was lowered, which in turn I had to call the plumber to fix the gas leak. I can no longer recommend them due to unreliability, failure to return calls in a timely manner, mistakes made and a long drawn out installation. All new staff and installer, not sure why.

I highly recommend kitchen shack Kilsyth!!! We had a great experience with getting our kitchen built from start to finish, starting with Nita with the design and Matt the installer very professional in what they do.. they were always very helpful and l will be using them in the future..

Kitchen Shack were excellent from design to finished​ product. The quality of the kitchen is excellent for the price and we didn't have the stress of putting together our own flat pack from Bunnings. Trades were efficient and courteous and did an amazing job. Thanks kitchen shack for our fantastic new kitchen.
