went to Shane and his team upon recommendation of a friend for a car seat, after visiting other places and looking online not being able to make my mind up. The knowledge and confidence in the products that they sold was absolutely amazing. now a returning customer for many items and many more to come. I take every little concern to Shane an his team whether I feel it's big or small Shane and his team always reassure me in doing the right or wrong thing if it happens to be the wrong thing I always leave there with the correct knowledge an information on how to fix it or do it right. Will not buy from anywhere else when it comes to significant things that I can now get off Shane and his team. When it comes to the safety of children I give kids carousel #1. nothing is too hard big or small. One very happy aunt right here that will be a returning customer spreading the word.

We went here to look at car seats after looking online and not really being able to make a decision with all the conflicting advice. The service was great and the advice was current and up to date (unlike a lot on the net). Free fitting, no postage and a good price made them almost the same as online and I'd rather give my money to a local.

I can not stress enough how important the fitting is. No matter how many times I've tried, I can't get the fit as secure as these guys do. We recently went back and bought another seat from here after our first experience was so good!

Shane and the staff are fantastic. They go above and beyond and have a genuine interest in the health and safety of your children. Very very knowledgeable on car seats and he latest research, they don't try and sell you something that isn't suitable. Worth the drive and I have no hesitation sending everyone I know out to Kids Carousel at Belmont.

Kids Carousel sells all maner of baby products from prams to clothing. I have bought several items from them over the last 2 years and they are consistently cheaper than anywhere else for the same product. Their service is also excellent.
