There is never anything missing from my complicated order and it always taste great! The deals also are great!

Being the closest KFC to my residence, I have multiple experiences with using the drive through of this KFC restaurant, at various times and days of the week. I have been shortchanged on meals, burgers, drinks and chips no less than seven times in the last year alone. I have been so exasperated with them that I called Head Office, to which I did recieve a complimentry replacement of items - but many dinners have been ruined as if one family member goes hungry, kinda puts everyone out. Especially if the person drove and paid for the $50 order - LOL. Just check your meals everytime you go here. I would hate to see any more people go hungry! They are trying to improve - but you can't not check your meals just yet.

The staff at this particular kfc are great. The food is always been fresh when ever i have been there...no matter what the time.

This KFC would have to be the slowest one I have ever visited. Being a local its convenient to visit this particular store but the bad experiences time after time have really discouraged me. They have given me the wrong order - or with things missing on a number of occasions. The staff are slow and not friendly or polite and they never apologize for getting my order wrong. The food is to normal KFC standard but the customer service is really bad.
