Love KFC food, however some of the young people there need to learn people skills and customer service, quite rude sometimes. Prices have gone through the roof, however it is not "this" particular stores fault.

I found the customer service could need some improving. The burgers are overpriced, but served hot. I don't think I will visit again. There are plenty of shops open for takeaway, too many.

Not only this store but also myer food court & oaklands park stores the service is non existant. they never get order right you have to wait in line for ages then when you get the food you wonder why you bothered. If it wasnt for the kids liking the idea of KFC I would never bother going back there at all.

They NEVER get your order correct, you can specifically ask when ordering and then again when they hand over the meal to make sure you have what you ordered and you can still get home sometimes and its wrong. They seem to employ morons
