I dropped in for a quick lunch and I had a very pleasant experience. The service was quick and friendly and I felt like I was important. The restaurant was clean. The serving was ample in size and value for money. I will certainly drop in again

I have never had an order stuff up as most reviewers have but i have noticed that they are skimping on the 11 herbs and spiced of late. The one thing that does annoy me is the lack of salt on the chips every time we go there. It only takes a few seconds to put some on no matter how busy they are.

Meals are always wrong and incomplete. Have had to call up numerous times to get meals fixed. Upon recent visit asked staff member if certain meal was in the bag. Upon checking it wasn't had to park and take my 6yo inside to get the meal I had already paid for.

I find that the drive through always has a lot of cars lined up because it is too slow and it is often actually quicker to get out of the car and order in the store. This is only possible though if you can get a car park because this store has limited spaces.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING. WE ALSO WENT THROUGH THE DRIVE THROUGH. WE TRIED TO ORDER SEVERAL ITEMS, ALL WE SOLD OUT WE WERE TOLD. ONE OF THE ITEMS WE DID GET WAS NOT AT ALL GOOD. VERY SMALL I WOULD EVEN SAY TINY PIECES WERE GIVEN THE ORDER WAS SUPPOSED TO BE A MAIN MEAL FOR MY HUSBAND AND I WOULD SAY IT WOULD HAVE ONLY FILLED A THREE YEAR OLD CHILD. WE DID RING AND COMPLAIN TO MANAGER AT THE TIME AND BASICALLY TOLD THERE WAS NOTHING SHE COULD DO ABOUT IT. THAT WAS THE LAST TIME WE EVER BOUGHT FROM THERE. A VERY BIG RIPOFF.

Every time we go to the drive thru they stuff the order up, not only do they forget things I had the manager hand over my order and i said to her "is that all of it?" she said yeh, when i got home they have not put in potato and gravy, but i asked her is that it, she said "yeh. this is not acceptable, it happens all the time. Imagine how much money they are ripping us off. it has to work out to be Millions of dollars world wide. Its not good enough!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

very nice friendly staff. the food is very fresh and tasty. a good variety of food. a very good cost price for a meal. Fills you up too. id recommend others to dine there

i don't have a lot of this type of food but must admit i enyoyed it very much,it tasted fresh and did not cost too much,the service was fast and friendly,good value for money

Shop assistant had a bad attitude although the service was pretty quick and yes I probably wont dine there again I will use there drive through. I did ask for the manager to complain but after a 10 minute wait I left without seeing him/her.
