I was especially impressed by the installation staff taking their shoes off when entering my property. I thought that was very respectful. The office staff were always very prompt and helpful too! The entire team were great to deal with and I have been extremely happy with our security door and screens. The security door required some tricky bespoke work done which they handled expertly and went that extra mile to get the best result. Very helpful; Excellent service; Knew exactly what i needed. My installation took a few weeks, because i had two screen doors to work on. Once doors were ready, service was prompt. John, who installed the doors did a wonderful job. Amazing how much better the house looks. My dog loved her new ' doggy door.'

Second time using Kestrel, first we used them for our custom shower screen. We had some leak due to the silicone but Team was very quick to rectify it. They were polite & professional. 2 years now of having our shower screen & quality is still excellent.
