Very prompt to respond to our request for a quote - we used a link on their website.
The quoter listened to our requirements, advised on various aspects and the quote was received by email later that day.
Door and bolts for sliding doors were installed within the three weeks timeframe quoted. Everything went well, but we did have to clean up after the installer.

Price was very good and matched the quality of the door and patio bolts.
We are very pleased with the whole experience.

After a shopping around, I contacted Pakenham Doors & Screens for a quote on 3 security doors, this was promptly attended to.
Nhim did the measuring in a very professional manner and was very open with ideas, Nhim also did the install and cleaned up as he installed, this I appreciated as some trade people seems to leave the clean-up to the customer.
Ruzz called a couple of days later to do a slight adjustment after the install.
The office girls were very helpful and I appreciated getting phone call to confirm installation date and time.

Following an attempted break-in, which our Secureview door foiled but was damaged, we found Pakenham Doors & Screens to be very professional, prompt & courteous in replacing the Security Door. No Dramas at all.

After a personal recommendation, I contacted Pakenham Doors & Screens for a quote, which was promptly attended to.
Ruzz Carmi did the measuring in a very professional manner, but the paperwork from the office was a bit lax, firstly omitting one door form the quote, then getting my address wrong. The door was added, but the spelling of my address still hasn't been rectified!
The wait for the screens/doors was a little longer than I expected, but we finally got a time arranged for installation.
Ruzz arrived on time (twice), & did an excellent job of installing. He also cleaned up wonderfully (which doesn't always happen after jobs have been done!). A very professional job. I would recommend him highly to anyone for the work he does.

We had security doors fitted to front door, back door and sliding door. We also had some flyscreens fitted to bedrooms. From the office staff, to the guy who quoted and the man who performed the installation, they were lovely, and very professional. Would definately recommend this company and will use them again if required.

Had a screen security door fitted, all round they where great from the office to the manufacturing the sales people and also the installer. It was a really smooth process being a tradesperson myself I know what to look for and Pakenham doors and screens delivered the goods keep up the good work.
