My move was an especially difficult, involving a long muddy driveway at one end and an apartment up six flights of stairs at the other. From the initial quotation to the final piece of furniture moved, this was a flawless operation. The men were a pleasure to deal with, from Twain who did the packing to the 3 men who actually moved us. They cheerfully shifted furniture around when it didn't fit where we had envisioned and the job was finished much quicker than we had expected. Moving home is always stressful but Kent made it as pleasant stressfree as it could be. I really recommend them.

We have never previously moved with the help of removalists, and I have to tell you that it was the most pleasant experience. We had two very professional and very helpful removalists that made the whole day seamless. They were amazingly friendly, jovial and polite from start to finish despite the rain and the VERY long day.

The quality of customer care was wonderful from all areas of Kent. They did exactly what they said they would do, on time and with great care and honesty. Our move went smoothly with no breakages! I had the kids eating dinner by 5pm and in bed by 7pm!
