A very disappointing experience. I was told my boots would be repaired and ready for pick-up in 24 hours which was perfect as I needed them. Returned the following day - the guy had no idea where they were or when they'd be back - he wanted to close the shop. Returned the following evening and they were shut. Returned again the following morning at 8.30 and they weren't open. Very unprofessional and very unreliable. I won't be returning.

Very experienced and knowledgeable gentleman. He does a very professional job. And his advice is expert. He can do bags too. David Jones staff recommended him to us and for that we are so very thankful.
