A friend of mine referred me to Karma after her having her lips injected by one of the nurses there, I think Lana?? I went in for a consultation with her and was blown away by what I was taught about the products and what services I was able to get. I ended up going back after my consultation a week later and having Botox and my lips done and I have never been happier, mainly because everyone is commenting on how good I am looking. The whole experience was really great and I've now hooked all my friends! Makes a difference when you visit a place where they actually care!

I went to Karma in the lead up to my wedding day and found that the overall experience was fantastic. From the initial consultation to my final treatment before the wedding i always knew i was in good hands. The staff are very professional and i had fantastic results from my treatments and as a result i know that i looked and felt my very best.

Six months before my wedding I visited Karma Medispa to arrange monthly visits in the lead up to my big day. I was very happy with the service and treatments I received on my first few visits. However, on my final visit, 9 days before my wedding and 2 days before my Hen's Day, I was told my usual therapist had changed days and someone else would be seeing me. I was not comfortable with this and thought it was unprofessional that I had not been told earlier but I did not have time to come back on another day. Despite being assured that I would receive exactly the same treatment as usual, a different product was used on my face. I reacted badly to this product and as a result the skin on my face peeled and blistered. As a result, it looked terrible on my Hens Day and in the lead up to my wedding. I cannot look at the photos from my Hen's Day without cringing. It was a nightmare experience.

Wonderful experience with this salon. The receptionist I spoke with was very friendly and helpful. The staff members are lovely and very professional. This place is a gem! Highly recommended!

Prices for services are comparable to other salons in terms of the standard beauty therapy treatments. The service is to a very good professional standard, and the staff are friendly. The Skinstitute range they supply is heavenly and very good value at just $45 a product. What is special about this place is their expertise and confidence in non evasive cosmetic procedure's. I'm really pleased I found this place.

Whilst they are a tad expensive these guys are total professionals at what they do. Experts at facials, Botox, anything to do with beautifying yourself they will most certainly be able to give any girl a good day of pampering
