Just had my hair done here for the 3rd time and I love it! All the girls who work here are so lovely and down to earth. They are great at what they do and their promotions help me keep my hair looking great without breaking my budget. Thanks ladies! xx

I purchased a voucher and then took my teenager to have foils done and her hair trimmed. She was very happy with the result so when the deal came on again I purchased a few more vouchers and my daughter has had her hair done again.
I had to book about two weeks in advance as I needed to meet my daughter after work and Thursday evening was the only time slot that was convenient.
With the second visit there was only one staff member on but she was pleasant and managed to juggle three clients fairly well. My daughter was once again very happy with the result and her schoolfriends complimented on the cut/colour

I bought a deal off the internet so I wasn't expecting a super cut and colour, but I thought it would be reasonable as I assumed that a company selling internet deals would want the customers to return and pay the regular price in future.
How wrong was I! The colour was reasonable, but I had to choose my own colour with no input from the stylist at all. The whole time I was there the stylist was moping around like she couldn't be bothered at all.
As for the cut, it is terrible. It was just super basic and I asked for the back to be shorter in a taper style and it literally looks like a chunk was cut out. I also asked for her to take some weight out of the bulky parts and that didn't happen at all. Although I am glad she didn't do this because who knows how she would have butchered my hair.
She finished off with a GHD straighten and she even did a shocking job at that. To top it off when she held the mirror up to show me the back it was facing the ceiling and before I could tell her it was put away. I walked out of the shop wishing I had a hat to cover my hair.
The whole time I was there it was so obviously that she does not enjoy her job. At the end she asked me to fill out my contact details and told me to "leave it there when I am done" and did not even say good bye let alone ask me if I was happy or if I would like to make another appointment. Very unprofessional! I am very glad I didn't pay full price!

I went to this salon and first impression was ok...once i was greeted by a hairdresser we worked on colour...which has turned out well. But the cut was very basic...took ages and not a lot was taken off. Was given to another staff member to blow wave and it was a terrible job...once side staright the other with big kinks. The owner was working on other clients but didnt have a look at the work which was done on my hair. Paid alot of money and walked out dissapointed. Not at all professional in cutting or blow waving...

I had my hair cut and coloured at this salon. The staff are very friendly, and the stylist was professional. I would recommend this salon and I would happily return again.

Kami Gata WAS my usual hair dressing salon. i loved it was going there for 2-3 years until two off putting experiences. the usual girl who did my hair no longer worked their and they were low on staff as you could tell however at the end of the day your paying top dollar and expect top quality. i had re-grow still showing threw colour and the way my hair was done looked like it was painted on. unprofessional as! only real QUALIFIED hairdressers should be touching peoples hair. They spoke negative about the old employees, which one that used to do my hair and i was not happy when i booked an appointment with her to only be told once in that she know longer worked their. i will never go there again. i had to search high and low to find my old hair dresser.

Approximate cost: $160.00-180.00

This place does amazing work, especially for events like weddings etc., but the price is a bit of a let down as is the service from some of the stylists. But is its for a special event, the quality of the result is worth it
