They have a great product and friendly staff. They fixed a piece of my splash back that was only mm out with no fuss. The price for the whole splash back and doggie door was cheaper than expected. The job was installed whilst i was away and my mother in law had the pet door put on the wrong side of the door. Just glass came back and put it right for no extra charge because the original paper work stated the correct side. I have noticed a lot of these poor reviews are all anonymous... from my experience with this company it has been excellent and hassle free. Keep up the good work guys!

I decided to use them to fix a shower glass screen, very bad choice. I had arranged to have a shower glass screen repaired after it shattered (due to faulty incorrectly tampered glass). I had received a text a few days before stating the staff member would be at my place between 0900-1100. At 0810, I received a phone call from the staff member asking where I was as he was at my front door. I explained to him I was out walking my dogs and that I had received a text a few days prior stating that they would be attending between 0900-1100. I told him I was only 10 minutes away. His comment was, "Well I suppose I can wait". When I walked up my driveway, he was at the top smoking, saw me coming and put out his cigarette butt in the garden bed. I showed him the text about the time for arrival and he stated to me that he was never notified of this. I left him to do his job, he removed the shower screen, took it out the front, and about 20 minutes later told me he had finished. He seemed eager to leave and told me the bill would be emailed. He left and on closer inspection, I noticed 2 large dents in the frame of the shower door. I phoned the [Removed word] who was apologetic and told me he would organise to have someone come out and fix it properly. I had a visitor arrive who also had a look at it, pointed out to me a third dent and also pointed out that the join for the glass seal was at the bottom of the shower glass meaning water can leak through (this is in the pictures below). I opened the shower door and realised it wasn't hanging properly and the base of the door was extremely sharp. I went and checked the other shower screen and noticed there are safety caps on the top and bottom of the screen to prevent the jagged edges injuring someone. I then contacted the [Removed word] again explaining to him further defects. I didn't bother telling him about the join but sent a photo of it through. I had organised a date (more time off work) for them to come and fix the shabby work. In the interim I received an email from Just Glass telling me to pay my invoice as it was overdue. I emailed back and stated I would not be paying it until the work was completed. The lady emailed back and apologised telling me it's automated. A few days after this I received a missed call and voicemail on my phone from Just Glass telling me they wanted to talk to me about paying my invoice. I also received a second email stating my account was overdue. The same guy returned to fix his poor workmanship, no apology, no nothing. Just came in, did the job and I pointed out to him that he needed to replace the caps that were on the screen. He told me he would need to order them. After a third visit, finally shower screen was somewhat repaired. I paid and was sent half of a photocopied receipt. My building insurance wouldn't accept as not full details provided. I emailed back and this time she sent the surcharge amount I'd paid on credit ($3.24). I emailed back again and CCd the [Removed word]. The [Removed word] apologised, told me their receptionist had been making lots of mistakes and was under personal stress. She then sent me the receipt, but again sent me the credit card surcharge. I emailed again and she finally sent me the actual receipt. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN.
