You need to make an appointment to see them, you cant really just walk in to their shop. The dress designs are amazing, there is not many others like the designs they have. The service I experienced often felt abrupt and rushed and not always genuine and friendly. The dress looked good at the end, but there are a few things which I would have liked to be different about the dress but they did not ask how I would like some things before they made the dress so I didn't have a choice.
