Judith was extremely fun and friendly. However, due to poor craftsmanship, I was forced to seek a second opinion on the alterations completed by Judith. There were some clear imperfections and a lack of attention to detail. I am now awaiting my dress alterations (including fixing imperfections created in Judith's alteration process) to be completed by a different dressmaker, resulting in me having to repay what I had already paid for my alterations - a total of over $2000 just for alterations. I tried to make contact in the hope that Judith could refund part of what I paid but she has ignored my emails. As I said, Judith is a lovely woman and I'm sure she has done some great work in the past, but sadly for me, what I experienced was very far from perfect.

I would highly recommend Judith. My dress had many alterations - hem, tailoring around the bum, back, around the chest, all with delicate lace. She was great at solving problems - eg finding spare bits of lace to make the alterations work, helping me adjust the bustle for my wedding dance etc. She was very easy to communicate with and always a pleasure to see due to her warm personality. 10/10!

I had my wedding dress alterations done with Judith and am so happy with the final result. It was a big job for her to take on, cutting the hem on 13 layers of tulle, but Judith did a fantastic job and I can’t wait to wear my dress on the day. She is always professional, welcoming and an expert in her field. I would highly recommend her for bridal alterations.

Judith was a lifesaver and a magician! She fit me in last minute and worked magic on my wedding gown. Hemmed, fixed the crazy plunge neckline, shortened the lace straps and added a few cms to the back and some extra coverage to the very exposed back. She kept the integrity of the gown and it looked like that was the design of the dress. I highly recommend!!

The moment I stepped into her place she was positive, professional and kind, something I needed after coming from another seamstress that made me feel even more anxious for buying a dress off the shelf that was 3 sizes too big. After just 2 alteration sessions with Judith, the end product was perfect. All the anxiety I had thinking there was no way this dress could ever look good on me went away the moment I saw the final product. Judith is a magician! Stop reading reviews and just book her.
