This company was contracted by another contracted company to look after my hot water installation. Was told that our installers would arrive between 9am and 4pm that they would not commit to an arrival time however they would call 30 minutes before attending. Excellent I though at least I can prepare 30 minutes before their arrival. 8am knock on door two workers standing outside my door. Not a single phone call no time to prepare. I thought well at least therere early and I dont have to sit around all day waiting for them. I noticed it was the same company that came out and did our site inspection so glad to know that they were already briefed up on what needed to be done. Wrong was I for thinking this. They did not have a clue what needed to be done all they were told was that it was a simple remove and install. Not a full re-position. So once again they had to work out what needed to be done and one of the trades persons went to buy materials. I must admit once they knew what was going on they got on with the job with no fuss there were a few other hiccups along the way in regard to an off peak thing but that was sorted a week later. Spoke with their admin staff on the phone a few times and they were always polite and apologetic for the mishaps. I think at the end of the day it was an issue between them and the other contracted company First Care.

I was charged a large sum for a call-out. The two workers who came looked at my gas heater and flue very casually. One eventually got on the roof to inspect it close up very quickly. They said they needed to replace the flue and would send me a quote. i never heard from them again. Not even after four phone calls to their office following up and promises from them that they would call me back - even 'this afternoon'. What a waste of money and time. Avoid these people if at all possible.

Very rude company. Tried booking a service call out Jordan's could not commit to a firm date or time. When we finally settled on a date I asked if they could narrow it down to an approximate time they would not so I cancelled. Jordans need to understand the needs of their clients. We all have jobs to go to during the day - we can't sit around all day waiting for a service guy to turn up. Jordans called again a few days later to ask if I still wanted the service call when I reminded them that I had already told them I would find someone else they hung up on me without another word - no word of "thanks anyway" or "goodbye". I found another company who was much more helpful better service and cheaper!! Good luck Jordans - with service like yours you're going to need it!
