I had a much less professional experience. I cannot fault the workmanship of the company as I did not end up using them, but the general attitude I received when I went there to see what could be done was unpleasant, patronizing and unfriendly. I was made to feel like a burden for firstly making three of them stop there conversation and for one of them to look at the car. Then was told it would be up to 2 weeks before they could fit me in (even though it was a simple job). Went somewhere else and the difference in customer service is massive. The car is being fixed as I type.

John and his staff are wonderful , prompt and courteous. Just PERFECT !!!!!! I am a perfectionist and a car lover. I cant fault the repair on my Holden , it almost looked better than before the accident, He was beautifully washed and ready to go on day of pick up, I was arranged a hire car by Johns staff and was the entire process for me was so easy thanks to John and his staff. I am ONLY going to recommend John to my family and friends . No wonder he was booked out for 3 weeks was well worth the WAIT ! ! !

Wont be going/ suggesting to others. I went there when I smashed my car, Management was busy with lunch and wont even bother/ tell some one to look my car as it was Friday. Was rude and Asked me to come on Monday.

John did a first class job repairing my Astra after a backend accident. Helped organise a loan car and worked with my insurance company. He had taken care of all the drama's I was having with the insurance company. 2 weeks later I had my car back and I could not tell where the damage was. The parts where legit and service was good. Would recommend him any time Thanks mate..
