Don’t go near them! Did a medical with them on a Wednesday, was told it would be sent to employer that day or the next. Still waiting a week later, they said they did not get X-rays, load of crap! During medical the doctor was on zoom, am about to get evicted from my rental, as I should have started work a week ago! You can’t get them on the phone. Really hopeless outfit!

Booked a medical in January and then called and CANCELED it a week before as I had to go to QLD.

Now 9 months later I’m getting an invoice (full price) demanding payment for a medical that was never conducted.

When I emailed ( good luck calling because accounts do not answer) I get an email back telling me it’s now a late cancellation fee (full cost of medical over $1000) and if not paid in seven days it goes to a collection agency where my credit rating will be damaged.

This company is foul! Do yourself a favour and go nowhere near them.

I would NOT recommend this business in any way. The "examination" was done via zoom meeting. Useless, endless tests were requested, taking up time. Being a contractor, every day I cannot work due to certificate delays, is a day without income. It took from the 8th August to the 5th September to get my certificate, and only after threats of getting a lawayer involved to sue for loss of income. There was ONE person in head office willing to listen, and cert was issued within 24 hours. They sat with final results for more than 10 days, without a single thing being done or certificate issued. DO NOT USE! Go to Travel Doctor or Kinnect. Both issued certs in the past within a week.

Our company have never used a more inept company in our historty. i would highly discorage anybody usiing JobFits services unless you want to pay way to much for results that will is be delayed every time we have used them. Then to find out there doctors sit on the fence wont make a decision if you fit for work and tell you go away and see not one but two of your own doctors for a report to tell them they can sign you off as fit for work. "So what did i just pay for NOTHING and was then delayed in getting to a contract that ended being taken off us because we couldnt service. this whole process took JobFit three weeks to have playout. DO NOT USE JOBFIT.
