1.Repair / painting of water stained bathroom ceiling
2. Plastering (& painting) of wall in lounge after installation of air conditioning
Work was performed on 18 & 19 Mar 14 by Stewart and Scott.
They have been recommended by a friend who also had work recently done on the house.
They were on time each day, had a great attitude and were friendly - seemed happy to answer any of my queries.
One thing i would like to make special mention of is that street parking is limited as I live in an apartment block - they kept a positive attitude even though they had to move their cars every now and then.
The work on the bathroom ceiling seemed like a smaller job but the work performed was as outlined per quote. As the repair did not include cutting out the existing plasterboard, there was still a slight tinge of stain mark after painting - which they did caution me.
The plastering of the wall in the living room was fantastic. They did bring new plasterboards but the aircon guys helped by cutting and numbering the plasterboards so that they could be reused. As the area that was being repaired was close to natural light source, I was concerned that the repair might be visible after painting.
However they did an great job - i was unable to see the difference after they have painted it.
