Great flight on new Airbus aeroplanes. Great service from really friendly, young and happy cabin crew. Great cheap tickets that represent really good value. Fantastic range of holiday destinations throughout Australia and Asia.

Flights are just like any other. Cheaper than other airlines and plane fleet the better than other competitor in same price range. Qantas also teamed up for more flights.

Jetstar is a very good low cost airline. There is friendly service and the value for money is fantastic. I liked how you got to choose your seat when you booked so if you have to sit in the back row of the plane, at least you know that in advance. I thought my experience with Jetstar was good and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a low cost fare.

I recently flew Melbourne to Sydney. The flights were on time, and the service was fantastic. I was disappointede you had to pay for the inflight TV service. They should just include this cost in the prce of the ticket.

I dont mind using Jetstar the only issue I have is that if you are desperate for a drink of water you have to buy it, I guess you should expect that when you get cheap flights. You would think they could give you some in a cup. They are great when you are travelling with a baby and I found the staff very friendly.

THE WORST POSSIBLE WAY TO START AN INTERNATIONAL HOLIDAY IS TO FLY TO YOUR DESTINATION WITH THESE GUYS. THE AIRCRAFT WAS 2 HOURS LATE TAKING OFF WITH NO EXPLANATION. THE GOODS WE HAD PRE ORDERED WERE NOT AVAILABLE AS THEY HAD RUN OUT. BAR 2 MEMBERS OF THE STAFF, THE REST WERE RUDE AND NOT AT ALL HELPFUL. THE COST OF THE FLIGHTS WASN'T THAT MUCH CHEAPER EITHER. WOULD NEVER, NOT EVEN FOR A SHORT FLIGHT, FLY WITH JETSTAR AGAIN.

they are good if they dont have that many cancellations are do any dodgy schedule changes.they do offer a lot of good fare ranges and do try to help out.

Have flown Jetstar heaps,they have the best sales,if u perservere with the online cond=gestion booking,its worth it! $ people return for $16,hard to beat!!

i always use jetstar when flying as they offer the cheapest deals and their sale fares are amazing. we have been away twice in the last year simply because we could not turn down the great sale prices

Booked on short notice from Darwin to Adelaide leaving at 3am. Many hundreds of dollars cheaper than quantas. Flight on time. Not used to cattle car type atmosphere. Would have liked more room.
