Obviously JB Hi Fi is a large chain store, with value and product quality across all stores nationwide much the same - most items are well priced but some things seem a little overpriced (e.g. I wouldn't pay $26 for a CD but they also have lots on sale for $7 or so! Goods such as technology accessories, televisions, and so on are of a variety of different qualities, you get what you pay for.

I've made a variety of purchases at this JB Hi Fi, usually CDs or DVDs. Customer service isn't as good as some other JB Hi Fi Stores; It is not bad, but not memorable. I find that most staff are uninformed about the products; I have previously been told what I want is on the shelf, only to have another staff member look it up when I can't find it - and tell me it is only out the back, or it is sold out.

I often find it difficult to get a parking spot close by this store, especially if Dandenong Market is operating. I wouldn't bother going there JUST to buy one thing, but if I was at another store nearby, I may wander in to have a look.

Overall, I give it a 3 out of 5. It's not the best JB Hi Fi branch, but it isn't bad, and I would return!

not my fav store anymore... shop is very crowed. one sometimes cant find what we looking for.. if u ask staff for help they r sometimes lost...

Jb Hi-fi is one of my most favorite shops for all my home theater needs, it has a great range of lcd's, plasma's, hi-fi's and all your dvd and music needs. Also a wide range of video games.

i went in with daughter on thursday night to get a iphone dock and some movies,anyway while looking for a iphone doc we had the best services the chap went out his way to help us and when we decided on which one we wanted we to go pay for it to find it was meant to be cheaper,he was very quick to fix the docket with the lower price and not once looked like he wanted to run and hide,on the way to pay i asked about a dvd i couldnt find and the man there went out his way to find it as stock had come in with this dvd included well he couldnt find it,so i paid for a copy up front and he said they will call when they get it,next morning i had the call and was very happy it took less than 24 hours to get it.keep up the good work Dandenong! the best staff i have seen including the security as well!

when ever l am looking for electrical entertainment products l come here first, they have a good range and have lots of sales with great prices, staff are fairly helpful

I recently purchased a new plasma TV but became confused with the amount of cables needed not to mention the many different types available. One of the salesmen was exceptionally helpful and even though I wasn't actually buying anything that day he still made the effort of making sure I understood what I needed to check at home. I have since gone back and purchased new cables. The salesman remembered me and looked after me with a good price.
